TRC is growing and changing. While we continue to focus our efforts on helping Maine's job seekers find great jobs and on assisting the outstanding companies who hire them to meet their training needs, we have recently expanded our services to New Hampshire and Vermont.
In 2006, our AmeriCorps Emergency Response Corps program was funded to operate in New Hampshire and Vermont, opening the door for young people to give back to their communities and to start rewarding careers as fire fighters and EMTs. |

Don’t underestimate the importance of the ‘likeability factor’ during an interview.
You may have all the technical skills necessary for a job, but if the interviewer doesn’t like you, or if he/she can’t imagine having lunch with you every day, then your chances of getting a job offer are diminished. Successful job searching is usually a balance between you the professional and you the individual. Be likeable and friendly in your interview and increase your chances of job search success.
